1. Booking & Reservation
All bookings are subject to availability. A confirmed booking requires a signed agreement and advance payment as specified at the time of reservation. Shadow Colours reserves the right to cancel or reschedule bookings due to unforeseen circumstances.
2. Payment & Cancellation
Payments must be made in full at least 7 days prior to the event date. Cancellations made more than 14 days before the event are eligible for a 75% refund. Cancellations within 7–14 days receive a 50% refund. No refunds are issued for cancellations less than 7 days before the event.
3. Venue Usage
The renter is responsible for any damage to the venue, equipment, or facilities during their event. Any decorations, setups, or alterations require prior written approval from management. The venue must be restored to its original condition after the event.
4. Liability
Shadow Colours is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage to persons or property during events. Renters are encouraged to obtain their own insurance coverage for their event. Management reserves the right to refuse service to any individual or group.
5. Conduct
All attendees must follow venue rules and staff instructions. Any disruptive or unlawful behaviour may result in immediate removal from the premises without refund. Noise levels must comply with local regulations after designated hours.
6. Changes to Terms
Shadow Colours reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be communicated through our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
